The Flow Country

The Flow Country, known sometimes as “The Flows”, is a vast expanse of peatland in Caithness and Sutherland. It is considered to be the best habitat of its type in the world and is on the UK’s tentative list for World Heritage Sites.
The Peatlands Partnership has taken on the task of submitting an application on behalf of The Flow Country and we would be really interested to hear what you think about the prospect of a World Heritage Site in Caithness and Sutherland!
