**Tickets are limited to currently serving Vermont Service Members, dependents and Gold Star Families ONLY**

A dependent is a person who has a relationship to the military sponsor and is entitled to certain benefits by virtue of that relationship. Certain family members, primarily a spouse, child, stepchild, or legally adopted child, are automatically entitled to dependency status.

Ticket Information for “Operation Polar Express”
A limited number of tickets for “Operation Polar Express” are available for currently serving Vermont service members, their immediate families (dependents), and Vermont Gold Star Families.

Ticket Request Priority:
Requests for tickets will be prioritized as follows:
  • VTNG Families who have never experienced the Polar Express.
  • VTNG Families currently deployed, along with Gold Star Families of Vermont.
  • VTNG Families who have deployed in the past 6 months.
  • Gold Star and VTNG Families who have attended in the past will enter a lottery for any remaining tickets.
Those who are not chosen will be informed that they have been added to a waitlist. Individuals on the waitlist may receive notifications within 24 hours of the 6:45 PM boarding time.
Registration will close on Thursday, October 29th at 8:00AM
Selected families will be notified on or before November 5th.
