Question Title

* 5. NVEC is composed of nine (9) Directorate Districts, with Directors who serve three-year, staggered terms. Thus, only three (3) of those nine (9) Districts are up for Director elections each year.

In 2024, the NVEC Members voted to amend the Articles of Incorporation to permit only those Members who live within the specific Directorate Districts up for election that year to vote at the Annual Meeting. Now Members only vote once every three years when the Director in their District is up for election. Since there was some confusion as to the effect of the voting amendment on the 2024 ballot for the Annual Meeting, the Board asks the following survey question of the NVEC Members:

Should all NVEC Members be allowed to vote each year for the three Director positions up for election, regardless of whether Members live within one of the three Districts up for Director election?
