As part of this year's Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition, all renewal projects need to provide their "all-in" program operating budget for a 1-year grant term for program costs.

This information will be used as part of a new, program-level cost-effectiveness measure that will serve as this year's tie-breaker for programs with an otherwise identical rating and ranking score. Cost effectiveness will only be directly compared across projects of the same type (i.e. PSH, RRH, TH).

Please note that AHFE staff are still exploring the best way to collect this information and measure the concept, and will look for your feedback at the close of this year's competition.
