Cancer and Sexuality - Partner Survey

 

Introduction

In this survey, we are interested in your experiences of sexuality and intimacy as a partner of a person with cancer, in the context of your overall health and wellbeing.
The survey will ask you about different aspects of your sexuality and sexual intimacy, such as how you currently feel about your sexuality and sexual relationship, if the onset of cancer has impacted upon your sexuality, how you are feeling emotionally, and your sexual needs and experiences.

Instructions

* Please answer all questions.
* Please read the instructions before each set of questions very carefully.
* There are no right or wrong answers, just choose the answer that most applies to you.
* Everything you say will be kept in total confidence.
* Space is provided at the end of the questionnaire for any other comments you may wish to add.
* The questionnaire will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. As it is quite long, you may want to take some breaks during the sitting.
