Dana L. Evan
- Former CFO and Executive Vice President, VeriSign, Inc.Dana served for 12 years as CFO of VeriSign, Inc., where she was a founding executive and a significant contributor to the company's growth and profitability. She led VeriSign's worldwide operations related to finance and accounting, real estate and property management, human resources, legal matters and investor relations. During her tenure, Dana led the company's institutional financing rounds, including its successful IPO in 1998 and follow-on financing initiatives. She also drove the execution and integration of 60 M&A transactions.
Before joining VeriSign, Dana provided consulting services in the capacity of CFO, vice president of finance, and other executive roles for both public and private companies. Prior to that, Ms. Evan spent six years in various positions at KPMG LLP.
Dana currently is a director of Everyday Health, Fusion-IO, Proofpoint, Inc., Second Life (Linden Labs), and a non-profit organization. She also served on the board of Omniture, Inc. and Luxe Jewels (dba- Stella and Dot).
Dana is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Santa Clara University. She has been actively involved with several charitable organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of America, The Health Trust, and the University of Santa Clara Business School.
Chris Finley

Currently, Chris is Vice President of Business Development, where his primary role is strategic account management and business development with an emphasis on the Education, Government and Non-Profit sectors. Ryan Finley
- Founder, SurveyMonkeyRyan is the founder of SurveyMonkey. After graduating in 1999, Ryan launched SurveyMonkey as a part-time project out of his apartment. Since then, Ryan has successfully established SurveyMonkey as the Internet's most popular survey tool, used by individuals and organizations throughout the world. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for overseeing product design and strategy. Ryan has been interviewed and featured in numerous publications such as the NY Times, Fortune Small Business, and PC World. Ryan holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His interests include architecture and design, eating good food, and searching for the perfect cup of espresso.
Dave Goldberg
- Chief Executive Officer, SurveyMonkeyDave joined SurveyMonkey in April 2009. He has been a successful entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and technology and music industry executive. He has run, and successfully grown, several online consumer businesses.
Dave founded LAUNCH Media Inc. in 1994, which delivered music and music-related content online, and he led the company through its acquisition by Yahoo! in 2001. Following the sale, Dave served as VP and General Manager of Yahoo! Music, where he led the company's global music operations and built it into the Internet's most popular music destination. During his tenure, traffic increased from two million to twenty five million unique users per month, and four billion music videos were streamed in 2006 alone. In 2006, Dave was named one of Billboard Magazine's top power players in digital music. Recently Dave served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with Benchmark Capital where he evaluated investment opportunities for the firm and advised portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Dave was Director of Marketing Strategy and New Business Development at Capitol Records. Dave also serves on the Board of Directors at Ancestry.com and Dashbox. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a BA in History and Government.
Zander Lurie
- Senior Vice President of Strategic Development for CBS CorporationAs Senior Vice President of Strategic Development for CBS Corporation, Zander Lurie has strategic planning responsibilities across CBS, working at the center of the Company's next-generation content initiatives. Reporting to Joseph Ianniello, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, CBS Corporation, Zander also has oversight into CBS' efforts to explore authentication and other new, additive methods of distribution and monetization.
Prior to his role in Strategic Development, Zander served as Chief Financial Officer for CBS Interactive's financial operations. Zander came to CBS through the Company's acquisition of CNET Networks (5/08) where he served as CFO and headed strategic partnerships and merger & acquisition activity. Zander joined CNET Networks in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development.
Prior to CNET Networks, Zander spent seven years at JPMorgan in New York and San Francisco where he led the firm's equity and M&A efforts in the Internet sector. During his tenure, Zander was instrumental in the evolution of the Internet landscape. His client engagements included NBC/iVillage, Experian/PriceGrabber, Scripps/Shopzilla, News Corp./MySpace, InterActiveCorp/Ask Jeeves and MLBAM/Tickets.com.
In 2001, Zander founded a nonprofit organization called CoachArt, which provides free coaching and teaching lessons in arts and athletics to underprivileged children suffering with chronic illnesses. CoachArt students are matched with qualified instructors in music, dance, art and myriad athletic activities. Zander is Chairman of the CoachArt board of directors in addition to sitting on the board of directors for SurveyMonkey and TargetSpot.
Zander holds a law degree and an MBA from Emory University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington. He passed the California Bar in 1999. Zander loves to golf and ski, and survives occasional marathons and triathlons.
Bill McGlashan
- Founder and Managing Partner of TPG GrowthBill is a founder and the Managing Partner of TPG Growth, and a member of TPG's leadership committees. Prior to joining TPG in 2004, he was the Chairman and CEO of Critical Path Inc. He joined Critical Path Inc. in April of 2001 to undertake a major financial and operational restructuring of the company. Bill graduated with a BA, with honors, from Yale University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is an active member of Young Presidents' Organization in the San Francisco Barbary Coast chapter and the World Economic Forum.
Victor E. Parker

Paul Zurlo

At Summit Partners, he made numerous other investments, including: SeaChange Int'l (NASDAQ: SEAC); DSET (NASDAQ: DSET), and Omtool (NASDAQ: OMTL). Paul started his career as a consultant with Bain & Company. Paul received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
