Drinking Water Treatment Survey

1. Introduction

On behalf of the Awwa Research Foundation (AwwaRF) and the U.S. Department of Defense Environmental Security Technology Certification Program, thank you for your interest in participating in this survey.

The intent of this survey is to ascertain the extent to which biological water treatment processes are being used and what technology, regulatory and customer acceptance issues remain.

The survey is divided into sections on:

- General Information
- Technology Acceptance
- Technology or Regulatory Attributes
- Case Study

The Case Study section is optional and is intended to collect data information on one or more specific drinking water treatment facilities or pilot plants.

This survey should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Once these results are compiled, a report will be prepared that will be made available to you. Note: the results will not divulge data on specific utilities or installations - the identities of sites and people will remain anonymous.
