This is an Academic Success Center (ASC) Satisfaction Survey for the spring 2010 semester for faculty & staff. Please take a moment to share your opinions regarding our performance.
1. How often do you refer students to the ASC (via the website or direct referral)?
2. If you do not refer students to the ASC, what is the main reason for the non-referral?
3. How satisfied are you with the services offered by the ASC (i.e., tutoring, academic success workshops, computer assistance, academic support)?
4. If dissatisfied or very dissatisfied, what can we do to improve our services?
5. How satisfied are you with the tutoring program (tutors/staff/peer tutoring & drop-in tutoring)?
6. If dissatisfied or very dissatisfied, what can we do to improve our tutoring program?
7. Do you believe it would be beneficial for tutors to meet periodically with department chairs, coordinators, and/or instructors to assure quality and consistency in tutoring services?
8. If yes or no, please explain why you feel this would or would not be beneficial for tutors.
