For a Child or Teenager Diagnosed With This Chronic Sleeping Disorder, this is a TRUE LIFE CHANGER.

Please join us on Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

Special Guest Speakers are:

Dr. Judith Owens, MPH, D, ABSM, Director of Sleep Medicine at Children’s National Medical Center

Dr. Owens will discuss what narcolepsy is and how it is affects each child differently.

Ms. Sandra Sandoval, Esq., DC Children’s Law Center, Staff Attorney

Ms. Sandoval will discuss the pros and cons of the 504 and IEP Process and provide additional information that may be beneficial to educators and parents.

Families, caregivers and educators come together for an informative afternoon. Children and teenagers with narcolepsy are encouraged to attend. There will be activities for the children and the opportunity for both groups to socialize with their peers.
