Foster Parent Survey 2011

 

Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey for Support to Family Care Network; your input will help us to ensure we are meeting your needs regarding training, education and support for the coming year for foster parents throughout the Interior Region. All material collected will be confidential and will not identify any foster parent who completes the survey.

Please note: Where the survey refers to Interior Community Services, or ICS, in Joyce Johnsons's area in the West Kootenays you will fill in the survey in response to ARC as the agency. Where it says group liaisons in Joyce's area they are called community team coordinators.
