Welcome to The Great Canadian Baitfish Survey. The purpose of the survey is to get a better understanding of what, where and how Canadians use baitfish for angling. The survey is divided into two parts.

Part A should be completed by all first time visitors to the survey site. It takes no more than 10 minutes.

Part B is a shorter survey to be used after every time that you use baitfish while fishing – it is sort of like a baitfish logbook. It takes no more than 5 minutes.
