Atlanta Arts Community Survey

 

Bezalel Church is a new Christian church with a passion for the arts community of Atlanta. We want to be relevant and minister to both the physical and spiritual needs of the Atlanta arts community. In order for us to be what God has called us to be, we want to know more about the arts community.

Your input will help us tremendously in our efforts. For the purpose of this survey, an "artist" is defined as anyone engaged in any form of creative expression (visual art, media, music, dance, theater, literature, etc.)

Bezalel?? We're glad you asked! In Exodus, the second book of the Bible, we're introduced to a man named Bezalel. In Exodus 31:1-6 we find where Bezalel was appointed to oversee a team of artisans for the decoration of the Tabernacle. We find it no coincidence that the first person listed in the Bible as being filled with the Spirit of God was an artist!
