Solihull Partnership are always looking for ways to improve services that help Solihull families. Every year we ask parents for their feedback to find out how we are doing, and how we can get better. Please help us by completing this brief questionnaire.

Prizes include four sets of £50 worth of high street vouchers and tickets for two adults and two children to see The Railway Children at Brueton Park in July 2012. The draw will take place on 3 April 2012 and winners will be notified.
