If you are able to volunteer on Friday 10th May from 8am - 9.15am, please indicate which area you would prefer to assist in: Set up of the hall the afternoon before (Thurs 10th May) from 4pm onwards - food prep, tables and chairs set up, decorations etc. Helping set up plates of food/tea/coffee on tables from 7.30am onwards in the hall. Manning the beading station in the hall - assisting with cutting string to make bracelet/necklace, knotting etc. Manning the photo booth in the hall - assisting with props, taking photos etc. Selling gorgeous single stalk gerberas for students to give to mum, for a gold coin donation Help pack down/clean up at 9.15am in the hall (if not attending the mass) Other (please specify) Question Title * 2. If you are able to bring in a plate/platter to share, please indicate which food item/s you will bring from the below. Please bring in the day before to reception or kitchen if possible, wrapped or covered on a plate/container with clear written instructions for refrigeration or heating (oven, microwave etc). Note: No nuts/avocado Mini quiches/tartlets/frittatas Muffins / cupcakes - CUPCAKES HAS REACHED MAX AMOUNT REQUIRED.
