Lummi Island Health & Wellness aims to support the health & wellness of all Lummi Island residents. In 2024, we asked Lummi Island residents about their wellbeing needs and used what we learned to build community programs to address those needs. Now, it’s time for us to check in:
How can we better support you?In order to move forward most effectively, we are asking Lummi Island community members to complete this survey to tell us what health and wellness needs are your highest priorities and what barriers you face. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

If you choose to complete this 10–15-minute survey, you will be asked a series of demographic questions followed by questions about your recent wellbeing, experiences with healthcare, and involvement with LIH&W programs. The information gathered will direct how we change current programs, expand our services, and advocate for higher-level changes.
