Logged into your account and ready to start?It sounds really basic, but it's always a good idea to make sure you're logged into your account. After you've created your account and logged in, your account open to the My Account page, displaying your account details. | Click the [Help Center] button for the FAQs and to contact SurveyMonkey customer support. After submitting questions, click My Questions (shown below) to see a history of your support questions. See the Tutorials button for our online tutorials. | | Upgrade Now! | Visible if you have the free or basic account. To upgrade your account to the professional account, click the upgrade link. Upgrade options | | My Account | Check [My Account] for account status and to update user name and/or contact email address. After you open the My Account portion of your account, you can click the [Billing] button to view your billing history.
