Logged into your account and ready to start?It sounds really basic, but it's always a good idea to make sure you're logged into your account. After you've created your account and logged in, your account open to the My Account page, displaying your account details. You can navigate through the rest of your account using the navigation links ( Home, Create Survey, My Surveys, Address Book and My Account) at the top of your page. | Important buttons located at the top of your account: | Your username is visible when you are logged into your account. |  Login Details

| Click the [Help Center] button for the FAQs and to contact SurveyMonkey customer support. After submitting questions, click My Questions (shown below) to see a history of your support questions. See the Tutorials button for our online tutorials. |  | Upgrade Now! | Visible if you have the free or basic account. To upgrade your account to the professional account, click the upgrade link. Upgrade options |  | My Account | Check [My Account] for account status and to update user name and/or contact email address. After you open the My Account portion of your account, you can click the [Billing] button to view your billing history.
