 Option Two

Open Collector icon Providing a Survey Link for Data Entry

You can set your survey to loop to the beginning under the Settings for the (Web) Collector. With these settings, each time the "Done" button has been clicked, the survey immediately opens a blank survey for a new response (Professional Feature). This allows you to post or provide the direct link for data entry responses.
Note: This option does not list the response under the Manual Data Entry page, instead they are displayed in your results by the Collector name used.

After you've configured the proper settings (shown below), click the [Get Survey Link] button to collect the link. You can then provide the link for manual data entry via the Collector instead of providing accessing to the account for data entry.
