2012 Needs Assessment

The City of Palo Alto is currently working on a Needs Assessment for a grant program that supports a variety of local non-profit organizations.

The purpose of this Needs Assessment is twofold:
- To determine the human needs in Palo Alto, including current and emerging needs, and
- To determine whether there are gaps between these needs and the services being funded by the City.

Help us better understand your needs and those of others in the Community!

This Survey should only take about 5 minutes of your time. Your answers will be completely anonymous and by filling out the survey you can be entered into a drawing for a $10 gift card. In the spring of 2012, we will bring the results of all the information gathered as part of this Needs Assessment to members of the City Council who will be making decisions on future grant funding priorities.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact me at minka.vanderzwaag@cityofpaloalto.org or call 650-463-4953.

Again, thanks for providing us your feedback.
